Debt Recovery
Our debt recovery service operates to ensure the full recovery of arrears at as early a stage in the debt recovery process is possible, therefore ensuring that these monies are with our clients and can be utilised in the management of the buildings and developments within their portfolios. Our procedures comply from the outset with the Pre-Action Protocol for Debt Claims to avoid any unnecessary delays if court proceedings are required to recover the debt, however in most cases this is not necessary as we recover the debt in full before reaching this stage of the debt recovery process.
Ground Rent Collection – 0% Commission
We act on behalf of freeholders, landlords & managing agents in the collection of ground rent from leaseholders by issuing demands for such before collecting payment and transferring it to our client in full.
In most case leaseholders will pay their ground rent on time, however if not we simply implement our debt recovery procedures to ensure that any arrears do not remain outstanding for long.
First-tier Tribunal ('FtT')
Whether you are looking to bring your own application to the tribunal, or you are responding to an application made by another party, with our experience in the FtT we can provide expert representation in any case concerning service charges, administration charges or costs.
