Nicholas has extensive experience in the residential leasehold property sector, most notably in debt recovery having been responsible for the Credit Control department with a leading managing agent for several years before establishing Leasehold Debt Recovery in 2016 to provide debt recovery and associated services to a variety of clients.

Nicholas’ expertise and the level of service which he is able to provide in the recovery of residential leasehold debts is proven, with this having been recognised at the News on the Block Property Management Awards where Nicholas’ entries have been finalists in the Arrears Recovery Company of the Year category in both 2016 and 2017.

Nicholas is a Member of the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) and an Associate of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), whilst he has also previously sat on the IRPM’s Leasehold Working Group.
